Diana Eneje is engaged! The 24-year-old Nigerian content creator, fashion influencer and entrepreneur has said yes to Pascal Godwin, and he chose the mountains and vineyards of Cape Town, South Africa, as the setting for his proposal.
If you know Diana, you know that she has spent years sharing parts of her life with her audience, from fashion and beauty moments to the milestones that have shaped her career. So naturally, when Pascal decided it was time to ask the big question, there were going to be pictures.
The proposal took place outdoors, surrounded by lush vineyards and mountain views. Pascal planned a large white balloon arch around giant illuminated letters spelling “WILL YOU MARRY ME”, while colourful smoke cannons filled the sky. Tall glass candles and white flowers were placed around the space, and the platform beneath the couple carried another message: “Forever STARTS HERE!”

And then there was the ring!
Pascal proposed with a large marquise-cut diamond engagement ring featuring a substantial centre stone on a pavé band, paired with a second diamond accent ring. The elongated shape of the diamond gives the ring a classic look, while the slim band keeps the attention on the centre stone.

For the proposal, Diana wore a brown strapless floor-length gown with structured pleating through the body, subtle cut-out details at the front and a flowing side train. The warm brown shade was an interesting choice against the green landscape, while the strapless neckline kept the focus on the shape of the dress.
She wore her blonde braids in a high pinned-up style with curls framing her face, adding understated earrings, a dainty bracelet and a silver sparkle anklet. A pair of red-bottom heels finished the look.

Pascal kept his outfit simple in comparison, wearing a white short-sleeved button-down shirt with dark trousers and sunglasses. He added a silver chain, a luxury watch and a diamond tennis chain, finishing the look with Louis Vuitton trainers.
The engagement comes shortly after Diana celebrated her 24th birthday in a gold mini sequin cut-out dress. And while she has become known for her fashion and beauty content, her career started much earlier, with appearances in music videos before she built her own presence as a digital creator.

Over the years, Diana has grown into one of Nigeria’s recognisable young fashion influencers, working across content creation, beauty and youth culture. She has also moved into entrepreneurship with her own lifestyle brand, giving her audience a front-row seat to her personal and professional milestones along the way.
Now there is a new one to add to the list: Diana Eneje is officially engaged.
There is no missing the fact that she brought her style to the proposal, either. From the brown gown and blonde braids to the marquise-cut diamond now sitting on her finger, this is a pretty good preview of what we might see from Diana when she eventually steps into her bridal era.
